Project Description

Full Case Study

Worked with the Sacramento Kings to design a new e-commerce website and revamp their operational emails for a more cohesive, fan-focused experience. Focused on aligning digital touchpoints with the team’s refreshed brand identity.

Problem:

The Sacramento Kings wanted to break away from the generic Fanatics model and create a branded e-commerce experience that felt more personal to fans. Their existing operational emails didn’t reflect the team’s updated voice or visual identity.

Solution:

Designed a custom e-commerce platform and redesigned transactional emails to match the site’s tone and visuals. The result was a seamless, branded experience that strengthened the team’s direct connection with fans.
